Siska serves as program management officer with core work in managing and overseeing CISDI’s program specifically the Pencerah Nusantara program. Under her scope of work, she is responsible to design the strategic implementation of logical frameworks and monitoring-evaluation plans. She also supervises the young professional healthcare team of Pencerah Nusantara program in 9 locations to ensure the project implementation at grass-roots level comply with the standards of CISDI at the national level.
Prior to joining CISDI, Siska joined Pencerah Nusantara for a year as public health advocate in Puskesmas Ogotua, a remote area in Toli-toli, Central Sulawesi.  During her service, Siska discovered a huge gap of inequality access to health services in the community. To address the challenge, she consistently advocated the issues to all relevant stakeholders at all levels of power. Her team’s success in bringing healthcare access closer to unfortunate people drives her to contribute more to the society.

During her spare time, Siska has been an active volunteer of Pelita Khatulistiwa, a movement of young people who envision an equal service of electricity in outpost places.
Siska believes by joining CISDI, she gains a prestigious opportunity to encourage more active participation from stakeholders to involve in providing equitable access in health development.
