Gatot Suarman Ilyas is a professional in organizational management and human resource development. At CISDI, Gatot holds an important role in the transformation of CISDI as a non-profit organization that is oriented to the development of human capital. In the journey of his career, Gatot has been closely involved in various youth movements such as the Indonesia Mengajar and Pencerah Nusantara. In addition to organizational and human resource development, Gatot also has qualified experience in the field of program management and community-based interventions. This includes his experience in working with the program management team at the Office of President’s Special Envoy on MDGs in 2012. His ability to develop a competency-based employee development system opens up opportunities for Gatot to help his organizational colleagues identify job potential and develop that potential to achieve maximum work results.
