Lia is a Human Resource Officer at Center for Indonesia’s Strategic Development Initiatives (CISDI). She is responsible to handle employees and staffing matters. She possessed an experience in working in a notable education management industry, which made her skilled in MS Office, English, facilitation, and management.
Lia graduated from the State University of Jakarta with a bachelor degree in Educational Management. Throughout that time, she actively involved in a youth-based education project where she promoted the realization of quality education. For this experience, Lia was selected to participate a youth exchange program to the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Poland under the coordination of AIESEC Indonesia, which made her passionate in contributing to the realization of Sustainable Development Goals.
During her time in outside of work, she allocates her free time by volunteering at Inspiration Factory Foundation. As an educational volunteer, she is responsible to empower and educate the elementary school students and underprivileged children who live family with inadequate income in Jakarta slums. This experience brought her to believe that everyone in everywhere should get their self an education.
She believes that working at CISDI is a place where teamwork and skills are highly valued. CISDI always presents an opportunity to learn something new, encouraging her to grow and improve both her knowledge and skills.
