Syailendra Persada is a communications professional with over 10 years of experience spanning journalism, public campaigns, and digital communications. His cross-issue track record has shaped a distinctive approach in designing communication strategies and translating complex issues into knowledge that resonates with and is understood by the public. Since the beginning of his journey at CISDI, Syailendra has led a range of initiatives, including digital campaigns and communication strategies supporting advocacy on primary health care, non-communicable diseases, and air pollution. He has also developed a monitoring and evaluation dashboard that is aligned with the organisation's social media ecosystem to measure campaign achievements in digital sphere. Prior to joining CISDI, he built a strong foundation in journalism, rising to Head Editor at Tempo, and went on to communicate social and public policy issues at Change.org.
