This study highlights the potential health and economic benefits of sugar-sweetened beverage (SSB) tax implementation in Indonesia. The study employs modeling analysis to project the health and economic impacts of SSB taxes on the burden of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) throughout 2024–2033.
