To address the challenges in maternal and child healthcare, CISDI developed the PN PRIMA App—a web-based decision support solution designed to assist the community health workers (CHWs) with actionable insights. By bridging the gap between CHWs and health professionals, the app enables the delivery of more personalized, timely, and high-quality health services.
This A3 poster presents that work as a single page. A ten-panel sequence follows a CHW through a supported visit, from preparing for the household call to recording and communicating what was found, showing where the app fits into work CHWs already do. The poster closes with three observed results: increased satisfaction among CHWs, whose user-friendly design simplifies data entry and improves engagement and motivation; a high retention rate, as the app’s relevance and ease of use sustain engagement; and significant uptake in maternal and child healthcare services.
The full explanation of the app, including how data moves between the Puskesmas and the field and where it has been implemented, is set out in the PN PRIMA App two-pager.
