Under the supervision of the Communications Officer who serves as the Keluarga Berimun Platform Coordinator, the Medical Support Hotline Agent is tasked with receiving and answering questions or concerns about complete basic immunization from parents/caregivers who use the Keluarga Berimun WhatsApp Support Group.
The Keluarga Berimun program is an initiative that aims to encourage increased immunization coverage through the use of social media and community mobilization to access health services. This position is open in the form of part time with a full remote system. Working hours per week are 20 hours/week and there will be shift work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Health workers who have completed D3 / D4 / S1 / professional education as Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Public Health, or Health Promotion.
- Have a minimum of 1 (one) year experience as a health worker who provides education and/or facilitates direct discussions in the community.
- Coming from Depok City or Bekasi Regency and knowing the characteristics of the community in the area is a plus.
- Familiar with digital technology and able to adapt to technology.
- Having experience as a facilitator in support groups and/or mass health education through social media, especially on the WhatsApp platform, is a plus.
- Having experience and often going to the field (communicating with the community directly) for immunization/vaccination issues is a plus.
