Product Manager

PT Visi Strategis Kita (VISKA) is a limited liability company established in 2021 with the aim of becoming a player in the health business sector that provides quality services for its target consumers. PT VISKA was established with values and passion to contribute to the health and development of Indonesia.

To achieve its goals, PT VISKA runs two main business lines, namely:

  1. Policy consulting and health services VISKA provides consulting services for health stakeholders regarding various health services and health policies in Indonesia. This consultancy service is also available to businesses wishing to enter the healthcare market in Indonesia.
  2. Development of digital solutions in the healthcare sector VISKA develops various digital solutions to help solve health problems, improve service efficiency, and encourage data integration as a basis for decision-making and policy-making.


PT VISKA is opening a career opportunity as a Product Manager to lead the digital product development and technology team in delivering technology-based solutions.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Diploma or equivalent, preferably in informatics engineering or management.
  2. Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful development of innovative products or features.
  3. Advanced project management skills, including experience managing large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams, with proven ability to deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes.
  4. At least 2 years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer internet products with exceptional design sense and product instincts.
  5. Experienced in developing web and app-based digital products, evidenced through portfolio.
  6. Ability to solve complex problems, identify use cases and solutions while working in a fast-paced environment
  7. Can demonstrate a distinct understanding of data, design & research, software engineering, business processes, and partner effectively with those teams.
  8. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify a statement in project development.
  9. High attention to detail, ability to apply high standards, and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  10. Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; ability to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.
  11. Previous experience in managing people and teams.


COMPETENCIES

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules/timelines, and resource allocations, and manage project budgets to ensure successful project execution
  3. Lead project team from product knowledge side, coordinate development project activities to ensure adherence to project timeline and milestones.
  4. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.
  5. Communicate project progress, updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and effective decision making for each feature to be developed.
  6. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, and assess their impact on project deliverables and resources.
  7. Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
  8. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  9. Monitor and track project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
  10. Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of project-related decisions and changes
