Call for President Jokowi to Enact The Draft of Government Regulation on Health: The Coalition of Public Health Observers Highlights Four Key Substantive Points

Nearly a year after the Health Law was officially enacted, the government has yet to ratify the draft of Government Regulations pertaining to the implementation of Omnibus Health Law. The drafting of the Government Regulation on Health as a derivative regulation must be completed no later than one year after the Law No. 17/2023 concerning Health was signed by President Joko Widodo on August 8, 2023.
