Mildred Pantouw (Millie) is an international development professional with over 20 years of experience in public health and global development. She holds a Master's in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and has a strong track record of leading strategic initiatives and partnerships with donor agencies, governments, and international organizations across multiple countries. Now serving as Vice CEO of CISDI, she stands as a key pillar in ensuring the organization's operational continuity and overall sustainability. Prior to joining CISDI, Millie served as Country Director at ADRA Indonesia and Chief of Party for USAID MELSA, leading efforts to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across Southeast Asia. Her extensive experience in adaptive management and cross-sector collaboration brings significant value to her current role.
