About

Olivia Herlinda is a public health practitioner with more than nine years of experience in project management, research, and policy analysis. Olivia is currently the Chief Research & Policy Officer at CISDI. Her role is important to ensure the development of CISDI's research, insights, and recommendations towards the dynamics and policies that affect health development at the national and global levels. Currently, Olivia intensively oversees two focus areas of CISDI's intervention in the projects of tobacco control and sugar-sweetened beverage consumption control. With her experience as one of the Pencerah Nusantara alumni in 2012, working with the government in the Office of President’s Special Envoy on MDGs in 2013, and joining the Stop TB Partnership Indonesia initiative, Olivia has a complete capacity in understanding health development approaches and policies. After pursuing a master's degree in International Public Health at Heidelberg University, Olivia is currently continuing her doctoral studies at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
