Medical Support: Hotline Live Agent

Under the supervision of the Communications Officer who serves as the Keluarga Berimun Platform Coordinator, the Medical Support Hotline Agent is tasked with receiving and answering questions or concerns about complete basic immunization and child development from parents/caregivers who use the Keluarga Berimun Hotline (WhatsApp) and live chat on the website.


The Keluarga Berimun program is an initiative that aims to encourage increased immunization coverage through the use of social media and community mobilization to access health services. This position is part time with a full remote system. Working hours per week are 20 hours/week and there will be shift work.


Minimum Qualifications

  1. Health workers who have completed D3 / D4 / S1 / professional education as Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Public Health, or Health Promotion.
  2. Have at least 1 (one) year experience as a health worker who provides education and/or consultation directly to the community.
  3. Coming from Depok City or Bekasi Regency and knowing the characteristics of the community in the area is a plus.
  4. Familiar with digital technology and able to adapt to technology.
  5. Experience in teleconsultation or personal health education (including using omnichannel or consultation via WhatsApp) is a plus.
  6. Experience and frequent field visits (communicating with communities directly) on immunization/vaccination issues is a plus.
