CISDI launched a policy brief on the importance of health and gender perspectives in the drafting of the Criminal Code (RKUHP), which is being discussed by the Government and Parliament. This document shows the importance of meaningful involvement of civil society so that the resulting legal products create benefits and do not create new vulnerabilities and / or deepen existing vulnerabilities for affected individuals/groups.
